This cleated belt is for one of our wonderful customers. On this project, we are upgrading the conveyor system.
Several new pulleys are on order and coming in shortly along with a new motor (increased the horsepower for the cleated belt). We are replacing the bearings with Moline-mounted units that will last the customer a long time.
The issue was the angle of the conveyor with a flat belt was allowing the product to flow back and clog up the tail section of the conveyor. We will inspect, order everything, install everything and help our customers maintain their equipment.
