I live with my wife and three children in Princeton Illinois. We are both lifelong Illinois residents. I have worked in the maintenance field for ten years, but I’ve been wrenching on things forever because I grew up on a farm.

  2. What does your job entail?
    Maintaining and troubleshooting customer equipment. Managing a team of technicians, scheduling field service, planning capital projects for customers. Assisting our customer’s in creating preventative maintenance programs for increased productivity and reduced downtime.
  3. What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
    Learn as much as possible from the people you work with. Appreciate your fellow workers and your customers. Treat everyone with respect.
  4. What motivates you?
    The sense of satisfaction you get when you complete a difficult task. And Beer.
